N539 is a low structure fast press black. It is a derivative of N550 carbon black, which has a structure slightly lower than N550 and has medium reinforcing performance. It is a general-purpose furnace black. This product is used for tire carcass oblique material, especially for cushioning rubber compound based on natural rubber. It can also be used in tire base rubber, tape covering rubber and other rubber products and wire and cable sheathing.
It is a fast press release black. The particles of this product are relatively smooth and have a high structure. In soft carbon black, the reinforcing performance is the highest. This product is used in tire ply, sidewall, inner tube and quick extrusion and extension products. This product is suitable for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. It is easy to disperse and can impart high stiffness to the rubber compound. It has fast extrusion speed, small mouth expansion and smooth surface. The high temperature resistance and thermal conductivity of vulcanized rubber are good. Reinforcement performance, flexibility and recovery are also preferred. This product is best used in combination with the N660.
Quick extrusion characteristics
The particle size of the fast-pressing black is about 40~48 nm, and the oil absorption value is 1.05~1.32 ml/g. Because of the high structure of the quick-pressing furnace black, the rubber material has good processing performance, that is, the rubber compound is easy to be kneaded, the pressing speed is fast, the surface is smooth, the shrinkage is small, and the extrusion size can be maintained. The vulcanizate filled with carbon black quickly has a high tensile strength, good wear resistance than natural gas tank black, low elongation and hardness, low heat generation and good thermal conductivity, and excellent high temperature resistance.
This carbon black is suitable for natural rubber and general synthetic rubber. It is especially suitable for extrusion molding products with strict requirements. It is commonly used in tire ply rubber, cushion rubber and butyl rubber inner rubber compound.
