Physicochemical properties: This product has an iodine absorption value of 36 and an absorption value of 122, which is a high-structure carbon black with medium reinforcing properties. Its reinforcing ability is slightly better than the semi-reinforcing furnace black.
Uses: Used in tire ply, sidewall, cable sheathing, inner tube, rubber hose, rubber roofing and other extruded products.
Usage and effect: This variety can give the rubber compound better process performance, smooth extrusion, small mouth expansion, and high tear resistance and tensile stress of vulcanized rubber.
General furnace black
Black powder. The average particle size is 50 to 70 nm. The specific surface area is 25~39m2/g. The oil absorption value is 0.7~1·1ml/g. The volatile matter is 1.0%, the hydrogen content is 0.35% to 0.45%, and the oxygen content is 0.15% to 0.40%. pH 7~9. The true density is 1800kg/m3.
This product is an important variety in oil furnace black, suitable for natural rubber and various synthetic rubber reinforcing agents and fillers.
