Semi-reinforcing furnace black
Carbon black manufacturer's introduction to N762 carbon black
Furnace black is a type of product that is produced by incomplete combustion and pyrolysis of hydrocarbons in a reactor. According to the different forms of hydrocarbon raw materials used, it can be divided into two types: oil furnace method and gas furnace method. Due to the wide source of black raw materials and high product yield, it is easy to automate the operation. This production method can flexibly adjust the process parameters and produce a variety of carbon black. Therefore, the oil furnace method is already the world's main carbon black production method.
N762 is also known as non-polluting high-definition semi-reinforcing furnace black. It has moderate high tensile strength, tear resistance and low heat generation and high filling capacity. The Mooney viscosity of the compound is slightly lower than that of N774, the elongation is slightly higher, and the resistivity is more than 3 times higher than that of N774. Used in rubber products, carcass, hoses, tapes, extruded and molded products.
Chinese alias: high-definition semi-reinforcing furnace black, SRF
Chemical property: It is a kind of carbon black. Its composition is mainly carbon, containing only a small amount of hydrogen and oxygen. It is a black powdery substance with a "quasi-graphite crystal" structure and a colloidal particle size range.
