774 carbon black is also called non-polluting high-fixing and semi-reinforcing furnace black. The use of N774 carbon black rubber compound has good process performance and high filling capacity. The vulcanized rubber has high elasticity, low heat generation and good dynamic performance.

The product has an iodine absorption value of 29g/kg and a DBP absorption value of 72, which has medium reinforcing performance. Compared with the non-contaminated low-stretching semi-reinforcing furnace black (N762, N772), the specific surface ratio of the two is the same, the light transmittance of benzene is slightly higher (about 95%), and the structure is slightly higher. Its main feature is that the solvent extraction is low and does not pollute the rubber.
