It has good flow properties and good dispersion properties during rubber processing. It has high thermal stability at higher processing temperature, is not prone to heat return, effectively prevents rubber from frosting, minimizes the time for the rubber to burn, and improves processing safety. Oil filling helps to improve the operating environment of the product and reduce the powder flying. It can make the textile cord, steel wire and rubber paste more firmly. It is applied to the rubber and the rubber material with a large amount of sulfur. It should be used at a mixing temperature below 100 °C.
