The use of this product does not require the addition of stearic acid, which can reduce the amount of zinc oxide. It can prolong the scorch time, shorten the mixing time and improve the flow properties of the unvulcanized rubber. No adverse effects on rubber and metal bonding. Usage and dosage | When used as a peptizer, it should be added at the initial stage of mixing. When used as an active agent or processing aid, it should be added together with the filler. This product has no effect on the addition of silane coupling agent and can be used in tires and other rubber products. Add 1~3phr to NR, SBR, NBR and IR; add 2~3phr to EPDM, EPM and HNBR. |
