First, product characteristics

The white tire manufacturer's product tire release agent L865 is a kind of separator which combines the functions of green tire spraying and capsule release agent. It mainly contains silicone resin emulsion, modifier and other components to provide good isolation and Exhaust action.

Second, product use

The product can be sprayed or hand-painted on the inside of the green tire, and each time it is applied, it can continuously vulcanize 8 tires. If the capsule is new, apply it once on the surface of the capsule. The original capsule isolating agent drops on the abrasive tool during the painting process, contaminating the surface of the abrasive tool, and the inner side of the tire is stuck with a spacer block, which affects the appearance quality of the tire. This long-standing problem was solved with L865.
