The release agent L-118X can be well dissolved into the rubber when the rubber is vulcanized without affecting its flow and other properties. Suitable for all elastomers.

Product use:

The rubber release agent L-118X supplied by the carbon black manufacturer is recommended to use a concentration of 3.5%±1%, which is determined by the temperature of the processing workshop and the composition of the rubber and the Shore hardness of the rubber compound. Usually in the summer and some easy-adhesive glue, it should be used. High concentration, otherwise, low concentration. The release agent L-118X forms an elastic film on the surface of the compounded film, which has a good isolation effect and prevents the dust from sticking, thus avoiding the troubles in the post-processing. Release Agent L-118X has only a slight soft deposit on the surface of the device, it is easy to remove, the product has anti-corrosion properties, and the product does not produce annoying foam when mixed.
