Product use

The carbon black manufacturer's rubber anti-fatigue agent LA-100 has the dual function of promoting and crosslinking. When using, pay attention to slow down the vulcanization rate, use less accelerator (generally reduce 1/4 to 1/3 of the original dosage) or switch to sulfenamide accelerators, such as accelerators DZ, CZ, NOBS; Softeners have a certain selectivity. Pine tar, high aromatic oil, coal tar should be used, followed by linear hydrocarbon oils such as engine oil and white oil. When mixing, it should be added at the same time as sulfur and accelerator.
