(1) The temperature and flow rate of the combustion gas stream depend on the flow rate of fuel oil and air entering the combustion section of the reactor and its preheating temperature. The higher the temperature of the combustion gas stream, the faster the flow rate, the faster the gasification and cracking of the feedstock oil, the smaller the particle size of the carbon black produced, and the more uniform the distribution, which is beneficial to both the product and the yield.


(2) Atomization and gasification of feedstock oil. The atomization of feedstock oil depends on the temperature, pressure and viscosity of the feedstock oil entering the oil furnace, the structure of the oil nozzle and the nature, flow rate, pressure and temperature of the atomization carrier, burning The temperature and flow rate of the gas stream, as well as the position at which the feedstock is injected into the reactor.


(3) Reaction temperature and residence time. After the atomization and vaporization of the feedstock oil, the higher the cracking reaction temperature and the shorter the residence time, the smaller the particle size and aggregate of the formed pigment carbon black, and the more uniform the distribution of the pigment carbon black particles. Therefore, when a pigment carbon black having a small particle size is produced, the reaction temperature is high and the residence time is short. On the contrary, in the case of producing pigment carbon black having a large particle size, the reaction temperature is low and the residence time is long.


(4) Additives and their addition amount. The structure of the black cat ink carbon black depends on the concentration of the pigment carbon black nucleus in the reactor and the collision speed. The higher the crystal core concentration and the collision speed, the more chance that the crystal nucleus collides and generates complex aggregates. The black structure is higher. After the structure and treatment of the reactor are determined, the method of adjusting the structure of the ink carbon black is mainly to increase or decrease the flow rate of the additive solution.
